Chinese Name: Xiao Chai Hu Tang
English Name: Minor Bupleurum Decoction

Ingredients: Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri)25g Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae)9g Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) 6g Ban Xin (Rhizoma Pinelliae)(Rhizoma Pinelliae)(washed) 9g Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrihizae) (Prepare) 6g Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)(sliced) 9g and 12 jujubes Da Zao (Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae) 4 pcs (broken off).

Administration: Decoct the ingredients for oral administration 3 times a day.

Actions: Mediates Shaoyang.

Indications: (1)Exogenous febreile disease with Shaoyang syndrome marked by alternate attack by cold and fever, chest fullness and hypochondriac diacomfort, anorexia, dysphoria, by cold and fever, chest fullness and hypochondrac diacomfort, anorexia, dysphoria, retching, bitter taste, dry throa , dizziness, thin and white tongue coating and taut pulse.
