Chinese Name: Di Huang Yin
English Name: Rehmanniae Decoction

Ingredients: Shu Gan Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata) 12g Ba Ji Tian (Radix Morindae Officinalis) 6g Shan Zhu Yu (Fructus Corni)6g Shi Hu (Herba Dendrobii)6g Rou Chong Rong (Fructus Corni)6g Wu Wei Zi (Fructus Schisandrae)6g Guan Gui (Cortex cinnamomi)6g Fu ling (Poria)6g Mai Men Dong (Radix Ophiopogomis)6g Chang Pu (Rhizoma Acori Graminei)6g Yuan Zhi (Radix polygalae)6g


Administration:Grind the above ingredients into coarse powder,decoct 9g each time with 3 pieces of Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zizngibeis Recens) and 2 pieces of Da Zao. (Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae)in water for oral administration.


Actions:Nourishes the kidney-yin, tonifies the kidney-yang,induces resuscitation and dissolves phlegm.

Indications:Yin-Fei syndrome,marked by stiffness of the tongue and speech impediment,flaccidity of the feet with difficulty in walking ,and dyry mouth with no desire to drink,coldness of feet,flushed face,deep,thready and weak pulse.
