Chinese Name: Huang Tu Tang
English Name: Loess Decoction

Ingredients: Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 9g Gan Di Huang (Rehmmaniae Radix ) 9g Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atarctloses Ovate) 9g Fu Zi (Laterale Tuber Aconiti) 9g Er Jiao (Colla Corii Asini) 9g Huang Qin (Radix Scutellariae) 9g Zao Xin Tu (Terra Flava Usta) 50g.

Administration: Decoct Zao Xin Tu first and get the decoction , then decoct other ingredients except for Er Jiao in the decoctio, Finally infuse Er Jiao into the decoction for oral administration.

Actions:Warms yang and invigorates spleen, nourishes blood and arrests bleeding.

Indications:Hemafecia due to yang deficiency marked bu stool followed by bleeding, or hematemesis and epostaxis with dull color, metrorrhagia and metrostaxid, cold limbs, sallow yellow complexion, pale tongue with white tongue coating, deep and fine pulse.
