Chinese Name: Dang Gui Si Ni Tang
English Name: Angelica Cold-Limbs Decoction

Ingredients: Dang Gui (Radix Angenicae Sinensis) 9g Gui Zhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi, peeled) 9g Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae) 9g Xi xin (Herba Asari) 3g Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, prepared) 6g Tong Cao 5g and Da Zao (Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae) 8pcs (broken off).

Administration: Warming meridians and dispelling cold , nourishing blood and promoting pulsation.


Indications: Cold syncope with blood deficiency marked by cold hands and feet, absence of thirst, pale tongue with white tongue coating , deep and thready or thready and extremely weak pulse; or pain of waist, thighs, legs feet, shoulders and arms concurrent aversion to cold with cold limbs.
