Chinese Name: Yin Qiao San(银翘散)
English Name: Lonicera and Forsythis Powder
Ingredients: Lian Qiao (Fructus Forsythiae) 15g; Yin Hua(Flos Lonicerae) 15g; bitter Jie Geng (Radix Platycodi) 6g; Bo He (Herba Menthae) 6g; Zhu Ye (Rhizoma Phragmitis) 4g; unprepared Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 5g; Jing Jie Sui (Spica Schizonepetae) 4g; Dan Dou Chi (Semen Sojae Praeparatum)5g; Niu Bang Zi (Fructus Arctii) 6g.
Administration: The above ingredients are decocted for oral administration.

Actions: Releases the exterior with acrid-cool,clears heat and removes toxic substances.
Indications: Warm diseases at the early stage marked by fever without sweating,or with unsmooth sweating, slighe aversion to wind and cold, headache, hirst, ough,throat pain, red tip of tongue, with thin and whitish or yellow tongue coating, and a floating and rapid pulse.
