Chinese Name: Xiao Yao San
English Name: Ease Powder

Ingredients:Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri)(seedling removed)30g Dang Gui (Radix Angenicae Sinensis)(seedling removed and slightly parched)30g Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae)30g Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 30g Fu Ling (Poria)(the White-peeled part removed) 30g Gan Cao (Radid Glycyrrhizae)(slightly prepared to red) 15g.

Administration: Decoct the ingredients for oral administration .

Actions: soothes the liver to remove qi stagnation, strengthens the spleen and mediates ying.
Indications:Liver qi stagnation with blood deficiency and asthenia of the spleen marked by hypochondriac pain, headache, dizziness, dry mouth and throat, mental weariness, poor appetite, alternation or cold and fever, irregular menstauation, distension of breast, light-colored tongue, taut and feeble pulse.
