Chinese Name: Xie Bai San
English Name: Lung-Heat-Expelling Powder

Ingredients:Di Gu Pi (Cortex Lycii Radicis) 12g Sang Bai Pi (Cortex Mori Radicis, parched)12g Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, prepared)3g.

Administration:Add 6g of Jing Mi (Semen Oryzae Nonglutionosae) to the above ingredients to be decocted together for oral administration.

Actions:Purges from the lung, stops cough and asthma.

Indications:Cough and asthma due to the lung heat marked by cough, even short breath, such as asthma, feverish skin aggravated in the afternoon, red tongue with yellow tongue coating, theready and rapid pulse.
