It is the dried fruit of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle,family Rutaceae.The fruits are collected in autumn before or when it turns yellow.They are sliced vertically,dried in the sunshine and used in raw form.

Medicinal Properties:pungent,bitter and warm.

Meridian Tropism:liver, spleen and lung meridians.

Medicinal Efficacies:soothe liver to regulate qi flow;harmonized stomach;resolve phlegm.

Usage and Dosage: 3~9g.
