It is the crystal prepared from the ore Borax of natural mineral.The medicinal material can be obtained and collected from August to November.The impurity is removed and it is ground into pieces,the raw or calcined form is used for medication.
Medicinal Properties:Sweet,salty and cool.
Meridian Tropism:Lung and stomach meridians.
Medicinal Efficacies:Clear away heat and toxin when externally used;clear lung heat and eliminate phlegm when used internally.
Usage and Dosage:1.5~3g is taken as a does in pill or powder.The appropriate amount is utilized externally,it is ground into extremely fine powder and can be applied to the local area or mixed with water,or dissolved in the water to rinse the mouth as a gargle.
