Chinese Name: Shen Ling Bai Zhu San
English Name: Ginseng,poria and Bighead Atractylodes Powder

Ingredients: Lian Zi Rou (Semen Dolicyrrhizae)10g Yi Yi Ren(Semen Coicis)10g Sha Ren(Fructus Amomi)6g Jie Geng (Radix Platycodi)10g Bai Bian Dou (Semen Dolichoris Album)12g Fu Ling(Poria)15g Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng)6g Zhi Gan Cao(Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata)6g Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macroephapae)10g Shan Yao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)10g

Administration: Grind the above ingredients into five powder,take 6g each time and twice daily with the decoction of Da zao (Fructus Ziaiphi Jujubae)or decoct the above ingredients in wate for oral administration.

Actions: Replenishes the qi and strengthens the spleen,eliminates the dampness and stops diarrhea.

Indications: Qi deficiency syndrome of the spleen and stomach concomitant with the dampness,marked ny lassitude of the extremities,sallow complexion,general debility,poor appetite and loose stools,or chest distress and epigastric fullness,borborygmus and diarrhea,pale tongue with whitsh and greasy coating,weak and moderate pulse.
