Chinese Name: Yu Nu Jian
English Name: Gypsum Decoction
Ingredients:Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum)9-15g Shu Di (Radix Rehmanniae Praepareta) 9-30g Mai Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis) 6g Zhi Mu (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) 4.5g Niu xi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae) 4.5g.
Administration:Decoct the above ingredients for oral administration.
Actions:Clears the stomach heat and nourishes the kidney yin.
Indications:Yin deficiency due to the stomach heat marked by headache, toothache, ofontoseisis, dy sphoric fever, thirst, red tongue with yellow and dry tongue coating as well as diabetes, polyorexia, etc.
