Platycladus orientalis leaves decoction(Baiye Jian)

Platycladus orientalis is also known as Chinese Arborvitae. Its leaves are good for regimen. Here is how to prepare Platycladus orientalis leaves decoction.
1. Cut the leaves in the east of Platycladus tree
2. Put all leaves into a Chinese rice steamer and let the leaves steamed as long as
possible. The longer time the best.
3. Take the steamed leaves out and water them with cold water, then dry the
leaves in a shade.
4. Decoct the dried Platycladus orientalis leaves
Action: Prevent various disease, make healthy qi and teeth firm, and enable good eyesight and hearing.
