It is the dried bark of Albizia julibrissin Durazz,family Leguminosae.The bark is cut from the tree in summer and autumn,dried in the sun and then cut into segments for use.
Medicinal Properties:sweet and neutral.
Meridian Tropism:heart,liver and lung meridians.
Medicinal Efficacies:Calm mind and alleviate mental depression;active blood circulation and relieve swelling.
Usage and Dosage: 6-12g.It is ground into powder and mixed to apply externally with appropriate dosage.
