Chinese Name: Bu Yang Huan Tang
English Name: Tonifying Yang and Restoring Five-tenths Decoction

Ingredients:Huang Qi (Radix stragali seu Hedysari) 120g  Dang Gui Wei (Exremitas Agelicae Sinesis Radicis) 6g Chi Shao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra)5g  Di Long (Lumbricus)3g  Tao Ren (Semen Persicae)3g.

Administration:Decoct the above ingredients for oral administration.

Actions:[/b]Tonifies qi, promots blood circulation and frees meridians.


Indications:Sequelae of apoplexy attributed to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome marked by hemiplegia, deviation of the eyes and mouth, difficult sluggish speech, drooling from the corner of the mouth, frequent micturation or enuresis, pale and dull tongue with whitish tongue coating, weak and slow pulse.
