The source is from the root of Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan,family Umbelliferae.The medicinal material is dug and collected in the early stage of spring and the end of autumn.It is dried half on the kang and stacked for two or three days until it becomes soft.Then it is dried on the kang again.It is cut into pieces and the crude form is used for medication.
Medicinal Properties:Pungent,bitter and neutral.
Meridian Tropism:Kidney and bladder meridians.
Medicinal Efficacies: Expel wind and dampness;stop pain and disperse the exogenous evil.
Usage and Dosage:3-9g.It is taken orally.The appropriate amount for external application.
