Yanhusuo(yan hu suo)

It is the dried tuber of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang,family Papaveraceae.It is collected at the beginning of summer,after which the leaves and fibrous root are removed,and it is washed clean.Then it is boiled in boiling water until it turns yellow inside and outside,the dried in the sunshine.It is pounded into pieces and utilized in its raw,or prepared with vinegar,form.

Medicinal Properties:Pungent,bitter and warm.

Meridian Tropism:Liver,spleen and heart meridians.

Medicinal Efficacies:Active blood , move qi;relieve pain.

Usage and Dosage: 3~9g.1.5~3g of the powder to be swallowed per time.
