Leaf of Henon Bamboo(Zhu ye)

Zhuye is the leaf of Phyllostachys nigra(Lodd.)Munro var.henonis (Mitf.)Stapf ex Rendle,pertaining to Poaceae.It is collected in all seasons.The raw form is used.
Medicinal Properties:Sweet,pungent,bland and cold.
Meridian Tropism:heart,stomach and small intestine meridians.
Medicinal Efficacies: Clear heat,relieve agitation;generate fluids and promote urination.
Usage and Dosage:6-15g.When it is used in raw form,the dosage is 15~30g.
