Chinese Name: 哮病
English Name: Wheezing

Wheezing is a paroxysmal condition clinically characterized by rapid and difficult breathing, wheezing sound in the throat, or inability to lie flat. It is related to one's constitution and frequently occurs in autumn, winter, spring or possibly all over the year. Since wheezing always occurs with dyspnea, the two conditions are called Xiao Chuan in Chines, meaning asthma.
